We service all makes of heating and cooling equipment. However, we specialize in the installation of Rheem heating & cooling equipment, Weil-Mcclain boilers, Thermopride furnaces and Bradford-White water heaters.

Cooling

We make sure that you have the right-sized air conditioning unit for your space.  Too small and it will work overtime to try to cool your space. If it’s too large, it will unnecessarily turn on and off, putting extra strain on your unit.  We will also help you select the most energy efficient unit to meet your needs. Don’t forget – always make sure your unit has enough space around it for proper airflow!  We can ensure that your unit is clean and had the proper amount of freon (coolant) to work most efficiently.  

Heating

 Because we are familiar with many different manufacturers, we can help you select the best unit for your home or business.   We can walk you through the process of selecting a unit while ensuring that it has high efficiency ratings.  We can discuss the many different types of heating units, including heat pumps, and the benefit of each kind.  We can also make recommendations for proper insulation, both in your home and around the furnace unit, to ensure that your furnace is most efficient!

Very thorough and honest. Got right to the job, honest pricing on the Freon, no nonsense. I previously had them out in March, 2013 to repair furnace. 3 expensive visits by a different Heating and A/C company did not find or fix the real problem but I paid for a lot of parts and labor.
